setting Bit D2 to 1 means: First Ringing tone will not be provided.

In my opinion the first ringing tone will be supressed, if you call a ext with profil and fist position is busy. Callers hears normally ringing tone and then busy tone and are confused. With this new parameter this is prevented.

But: This parameter does not work. Any experiences? Ohter explainations for this parameter?

I've made the test and it is working perfectly.

with serv=00 or 01: In both case a caller hears ringingtone first and after three seconds busytone. In my opinion ringingtone should be avoided with serv=01

I don't have the same behaviour. With SERV=01 I directly get the busy tone or the Vocal guidance affected to this trafic case.
Maybe a PL2 value has be wrongly set for your ASP parameter.
