BC12 Upgarde to TS

When upgarding a BC12 to TS 3.1, I already have the ESU and LSU-E plugged in the magazine, with data through PC-Regen alreday on teh ESU, Can i keep all of the other boards in the magazine (NIU, HDU, LPU, LSU.....) and just connect the DSU's to the new LSU-E, it's a large site with some remote LIMs, i want to be able to have a quick Rollback if i needed to do so.

What is the best practice for upgarding from TSW to TS, should we power off the magazines? any order we need to unplug the old board (LPU,NIU,HDU)? any order i need to turn on the LIMs in TS? is LIM must be ready first? ALEX does not seem to offer a clear procedure.

I would remowe the NIU, HDU, LSU and have them stored in the PBX room in case of rollback. And I would let the "old" cabling be installed, not pulling it away.
You should mark the EQU pos of the boards, in odrer to make a quick roll back.
