Programmer
I have programmed a screensaver with Borland C++ 4.5, which generated a 32-bit application that uses OWL libraries (bids45f.dll, owl25.dll, cw3215.dll).
On some recent machines (Pentium III or AMD K6/2 for instance), this program tends to run very slowly. I think it has something to deal with memory or processor directives. What do you suggest to avoid this problem ? Do you know the preprocessing directives to use in order to optimize the speed of the program ?
