BBES 4.1 Express

ive installed BBES 4.1 Express, everything seems to be up and running, ive open port 3101 in the firewall, no proxy, added a user and sent them and password, did the enterprise activation on the blackbery itself, clicked activate, emails get sent to my email account from the blackberry, after about 30seconds they disappear and thats where it sits. the BBES status for the user stays as initializing, the only thing displayed on the blackberry is activating....


win 2003 std, and exchange 2003std, all ps's and updates done as of 12/20/06

anyone have any kind of leads?

i set everything up step by step according to the
"BlackBerry Enterprise Server for Microsoft Exchange: version 4.1 Getting Started Guide"

ive never set BBES up before and learning as i go, so if it wasing in the guide i havent done it
