bbc kids animations help

hi all..small problem on the web site bbc schools i have users that (little ones bless em)wish to do some of the animation tasks, but it says i have to load flash player!!
it is loaded but you cannot see it when a child logs on!! it says to load it!!

in another of my schools i go to the same web page and you can play it straight away!! were am i going wrong is it in active x do you think or security settings im at a loss..

please help me to help the little ones, ps can i script it to load or gpo it??? 2003/xp

Perhaps it's to do with the user setups, i.e. the logged-in user has no Flash player installed.
