A user left his handheld at a diner while at lunch, so I locked it with a password. User has now retrieved the handheld, and wants the password taken off. I can't find out how in the manuals, would someone offer a clue to this newbie?

Yes. v4.2.1.96.

OOps, that's the handhelds. The server is at v4.1.3.18.

If you don't enforce passwords via IT Policy (bad idea for the exact reason given above; careless users leaving them in public places) you can have him go into the Security options on the device and disable the password.

That works, thanks.
