BB not receiving mail

BB only recieves mail when user's computer/laptop is connected to network, when user shuts down laptop or is remote - no imcoming mail is redirected to BB device

If your user is set up for redirection from the desktop, that is exacly what is supposed to happen. I take you are not running a Bes server? If so and this is still happening, You may need to re-run the Desktop manager installer again on his machine to ensure it is no tset to be redirected from the desktop.
