I am trying to access one of my Baystack 310-24T switchs that I have lost the PW for. I have it connected to a terminal and it goes through the boot sequence and asks for a pw. Then if I let it sit or about 15 minutes it shows some info like mac address and IP but sill has a pw prompt. I can use the IP is shows to bring up the browser config, but of course I cannot log into the unit with out that pw. I tried a process for pw recovery poseted here for a 350 but it did not work. Any ideas? and thanks in advance...
