I need help.
I have the BASC Radius Software installed in my server, however from time to time, I get that some accounts are blocked off.
It seems that the software doesn't accept two or more users using the same username at the same time. Is this true?
Or is there anything that I can do to configure the server correctly.
I use Native User authentication. And use the L2TP protocol to tunnel my remote users to my server.
I could really use some advice on this, since Nortel's docs are really not of much use.
