Inside of my inst_arn.bat file I see:

[tt]
:IP_CONFIG:
echo ""
# Load IP + ARP Protocols.

set_protocol wfARPLoad
set_protocol wfIPROTOLoad
set_protocol wfSNMPLoad
set_protocol wfTFTPLoad
[/tt]

I can't perform this outside of the batch file. Is this loading some module from the arn.exe?
