Hi All

I am trying to establish voice calls between two PABX over a BayRS router network(ARN, ASN). I have extablished a priority queue as well as a default queue (weighted queue) with DSQMS on the routers. The packets recieved by the PABX are already marked with a DSCP of 46 (101110)and does enter the priority queue. My problem is that we experiance clipping. Link speed is 128k with no other traffic on the line.

any help is appricated

Thanks
Errol

Older ARNs only had 10 Meg interfaces for Ethernet. Make sure both routers can do 100 Meg, and that they are set for 100 Meg/full duplex.

Check the Frame Relay stats by doing:

show pvc stats
show fr congestion

Look for discards or drops...also make sure you're not getting FECNs and BECNs on the frame relay circuit. You might also want to look for missed LMI responses.

You might also run some basic tests to check round trip response times. Ping tests to the PBX's or traffic generators.

Good luck...
