I am looking for someone who may be able to give me some insight on how to configure a Bay stack ARN router or a little help with the GUI configuration program called site manager

Forget site manager use BCC.. :)

What's you mision ?

The get to the command line you will type BCC at the prompt.. and wait, then type Config. You are now in config mode can configure the router

Site Manager you will install, run and click connection and add the ARN's IP and SNMP community names. Once connection is established click on TOOLS > CONFIGURATION MANAGER > DYNAMIC. Once you do this you are now configuring the running config on the router.

Site Manager only works with IP (as far as I know) but you can use BCC with console cable and IP/Telnet

I do agree that BCC is easy to use but is up to you...

Enjoy
