Battery for StarPlus STS

It looks like it's new battery time. The client has done a hard restart.
I already know about dip switch 8 to default the system, but have I lost the system configuration and need to reprogram from scratch?
Also, is this a battery I can just go to Walgreens or such and pick up?

Battery is soldered onto the motherboard - you must buy one with leads ready to go. Do NOT attempt to solder your own leads onto a battery. It is a Half AA battery, and uses through-board style.
