Batch question-mimic a contact sheet

Hi all, I have two questions. 1-does anyone know how to mimic photoshops contact sheet II as a batch process? I'd like to make a couple changes to it but i can only seem to mimic it if I am using a particular number & size of images. 2-are there any good web sites to find actions for photoshop (PC)?
