I was wondering if anyone know how I can use a batch script to exec procedures from a remote directory. I think OSQL would work but is there a more efficient way?

The process I have in mind is to use the script to look at a particular directory and 'exec' every object in that directory. Thanks.

Sounds possible. Please give us some more details on what you are trying to accomplish overall.

Thanks

What I want to do is to stage all my scripts, tables, procedures, etc, in one folder. After the staging has completed, I would run the batch job and it'll load all the objects into SQL Server.

I need to know how load the objects into SQL Server using batch. Thanks.
