Batch Process not working

Hi,

I'm trying to run a Batch Process. First time using it. (mx)
Very simple, just taking several thumbnails and converting to greyscale.
I go through the wizard, choosing my options, but at the end, the Batch link is greyed out. I keep trying to modify the commands, but the Batch link is always greyed out and I cannot finish it.

Does anyone have any idea ?

oops, nevermind... I figured it out.

I had selected the images, but failed to click the Add button
