VIEW, SHOW AS CONVERSATIONS, ALL MAILBOXES

Heya tek-tips.

I recently found myself on a gig preparing 87000ish emails with image attachments as legal evidence articles.

The error is massive indents during printing regardless of any solution offered online.

Note this doesnt
solve ALL indentation
(unexpected result),
but it does solve
M
A
S
S
I
V
E
and unnecessary programmatic indentation (expected result). If you are facing this you will understand how I mean this.

So, select View, Show as Conversations, All Mailboxes.

Verify with print preview that the page numbers are reduced and mails are legible.

TESTED WITH OFFICE 365
