I am new to the Photoshop world. How do I create my own automated batch jobs other than the preset ones.

Like I have 100 pictures and I need them all rotated and sized to 400x300, for example?

Thanks.

You can do this easily by recording your own action. In the Actions pallette menu (little arrow top right) select "New action". Fill in the info and hit record. Once you start recording do one of your files exactly as you need to do them all. When you are done hit the stop button on the Action pallette. That's it!

Then under File>Automate select "Batch". Choose your Set and Action from the top pull downs, set your source and destination folders, and hit OK.

Sit back and watch with amazement ;-)

Hope it helps! Wow JT that almost looked like you knew what you were doing!
