batch GL posting date in smartlist

I am trying to pull sales unposted transaction by GL posting date. we use batch posting date for posting in GL.

When I am using GL posting date in smart list, it give me '000' in the date field.

Is there any other field I can use to pull unposted transaction by GL posting date

Open one of the unposted sales (I assume you are using SOP). THen click on expansion window beside doc date. Is there a value beside posting date?

we use batch posting date that I can see in the batch posting field. but in smart list when I use GL posting date as criteria or as a field. it gives '000' there(in smart list).

The GL Posting Date won't be populated until you post because you're using the posting date from the batch. If you were to change the posting to use the posting date from transaction, that field would be populated for unposted transactions.

The only thing I can think of is creating your own SmartList in SmartList Builder and linking to the batch table (SY00500) for the posting date.

Another workaround may be to put the posting date into the batch ID...but that may not be feasible with your workflow.
