I have a situation where I have a batch file that executes a php process that moves a file from one folder to another (and some processing occurs, but thats beyond the scope of what I am asking for help with here)
Essentially, sometimes the file that gets placed in what I would call the pick up folder, does not get moved when processed... so that file stays there getting re-processed numerous times...this causes a big headache and the only solution is to physically remove the file from the folder ....
I am interested to know if anyone had any ideas for a batch file that I can run directed at a particular folder that will delete a file if it is still in a folder after a specified amount of time.
This has proven to be a difficult thing for me to google as its hard to narrow the results to what I actually need... Anyone have any experience with something like this?
Thank you very much
