What/where can i find the info to create a batch file so when users logon to the network, there IE homepage is set to a page we specify ??

thanks gang

Hmm, I am not too sure how much light this might spread.. I know that if users are loging on to the network and are getting a login script, You'll have to create a VBS and Bat file that calls for IE to open up to the curtain Homepage you want to display.

I am still researching into this as well trying to fine tune a login script myself..

in the login.batch file you can call to a *.REG file that will modify IE to do it. [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main]
"Start Page"=" ADDRESS"

Also, if you're on a Win2k or 2003 network, you can easily set this in Group Policy.
