batch File to copy files over 90 days then archive them using sip

I need to copy all files over 90 days to another directory then zip them into a file. I am sooooo not a programmer can someone help me out.

try asking this in the vb forum, I got a solution there to copy files over 3 days to a network drive and delete the orignals.
