Batch file for sharing and security and UNC path

Does any body know how to create a UNC file share and apply the correct permission to the file share using a batch file. I have to make new UNC shares on 30 windows server 2003 servers most of the time I can do almost everything with a batch file but not creating UNC shares.

net help share at the command line should get you where you need to go.
