Batch file for automated sound

What I am trying to get done is to have all pc’s on my network to play a music or sound everyday at the same time. Is there a way to create a batch file that will play a wav file?

i.e

c:
cd \privat
call NOTIFY.WAV

save it as play_sound.cmd, shedule a start-time, it´ll run with media-player
