Batch file - dsjob in windows enevironment 1

We have datastage installed on windows server. We want to run 12 jobs using batch file. We plan to set parameters in a ini file and bat file toread the ini file and run jobs with those parameters.

We need sample batch file for the same. When we try to run dsjob.exe in batch error shown is related to liabrary file. Probably we need to setup PATH, DSHOME etc

I have the same platform, I need this batch file to run some jobs.

I have a question : What is differences between :
Sequencer : we can do that from Designer
and
Batch file : From Director, Tools, NEW
