I want a batch file to move the contents from a folder on server a \\servera\folder\ to a folder on another server \\serverb\folder. I also want it to do this continually or just when it identifies a change.

Has anyone any idea how I could do this or another possible solution? Any help would be great.

I'm not convinced you can monitor a folder for changes using a batch file. You can certainly schedule a batch file copy to run periodically though using xcopy/robocopy or similar.

Something like smartsync or doubletake would be better if you need things copying automatically as changes are made.

Youc could script this using either Robocopy (google it) or Beyond Compare;

If there are no stupid questions, then what kind of questions do stupid people ask? Do they get smart just in time to ask questions?

Or you could just use the File Server Migration Tool from Microsoft.

DFS works well, too.
