We are shortly to add support for a new domain at our site and want to set the new domain emaill addresses as the reply addresses for each user.

I understand the process of adding the internet address in for each recipients properties, but I am wondering if there is anyway of running a batch process to add the new email address for each recipient and setting it as the reply address.

cheers

pete

check out the Header.exe program on the back office resource kit. this allows you to create customised csv files from the Tools-> Export within Exchange Admin.

the field you need is secondary proxy addresses.

add your additional SMTP address into this field using Excel
(%smtp:whatever@wherever.com) and then reimport it.

Note case IS sensitive for "smtp" it must be lower case otherwise it will probably be make it your reply address
