BAT Users Fail after upgrade??

Hey Guy’s
We recently upgraded CCM from 3.3(4) to 3.3(5) and BAT to 4.4(5). Since the upgrade the EM Profiles have not been associating w/ their devices as they have in the past…The order that I import the database is as follows: 1st I import the Users. 2nd I import the sets and after we cut over I import the UDP’s…The phones import ok but I receive the following error that I can’t figure out why…everything imported fine before the upgrade???
