BAT Phone Template Configuration

After Installation of CCM 4.1.2 and BAT 5.1.3 I tried to add a new Phone Template. On step1 I got the Message "Error in retrieving Phone Templates". Then I tried to add a new Template I got a message from the Microsoft Internet Explorer "Error No. Path not found".
Can anybody help me to solve this problem?
