bat or vb to set "Environment" tab setting in Active Directory

In active Directory user properties there is an "Environment" tab that allows you to define a program the user will run when they log into a terminal server.

I need to set the check box, program file name, and start in path.

Can this be done by a batch or vb script? If it can how?
