Bat on a generic PC

i have Cisco Call Manager 4.1.3 installed on a generic PC & all seems to work well. I have now installed BAT & i get an error "Error in retrieving Phone Templates" when i try to add phones. I can add user but not phones due to this error. ANY HELP THANKS ?
