Does anyone know if you can update the Trigger busy and Maximum number of call, for shared lines using BAT 5.1.4c.

I don't think you can update that through the BAT tool. What version of ccm?
You should be able to get into BAT and see if this is an option but I doubt it.

With CCM 4.1(3)

Goto https://[ccm-ip]/bat
--> configure / Phones / Update Lines
--> insert your query, next
--> at the end of the page you can set Busy Trigger and Max Number of calls.

Tried that and it tells me that it can't update trigger busy on share lines
