Basic Setup

Is there anyone that could help me out?
I just got Exchange Server 5.5 within the last week, and while playing around with it a little find that it's not very much like most windows applications.

Is there anyone that could point me to a guide that will show me step by step how to configure and setup mail accounts for users? Or someone that could tell me themselves?
