Basic Required Fields

OK, So I'm kinda new at this.. How do you make form fields required when attempting to submit. Is the a way to do this with out coding. If there is not other way but to code where do I insert the piece of code. Do I have to include after every form field? Example would be great for a one line box.

In FP right-click on the text box choose form field properties. There is a button there or maybe right on the box that is advanced options or something. There is a radio button or check box for required and validation rules. DeZiner
