Basic question: strip-off hostname

This is a basic question: how to strip-off hostname of the sender (user@host.domain.dom to user@domain.dom) in the sendmail 8.10.2+Sun standart on Solaris (7/Sparc), working only with the sendmail.cf? Thanks for any help.
