First of all, I will be very grateful if you read this, and even more, if you waste some of you time answering. It could be painful to do because Im not from the US and therefore the date format for me is
day/month/year.
I have a database with thousands of entries (Names, adresses, employer, etc) and I need to generate a report using the month and day of their date of birt as ordering criteria; in other words the people with the same month and then the day of birthdate, with the the year as last discrimination, must appear next to each other, eg.

NN1 24/05/55
NN2 25/05/55
NN2 24/05/56
NN3 27/05/62
NN4 05/06/55

The date is already stored in the database under the format dd/mm/yy.
Ps. Could this be done in Excel as well?
BTW, Im using Office XP at work and I cant make profit from your advise.

Those are SQL functions, right? I was only hoping to see a easy solution through the program commands. I guess buying a manual is the only solution.
