Basic of Meridian Switch Administration

Does anyone have any documents that decribe how to do basic admin tasks, like setup a new phone/user. Basics of the switch, running basic reports, etc.

Which Nortel manuals will outline the basics? We have an option 11.

Find the manual that covers the System Features and it
shows you how to set up all the features, including the loads and prompts.
