Basic mode with 3920 cordless phones no audio

New IP Office R9.1.4 installed in basic mode with 3920 cordless phones on the ETR card.
If a call is transferred to the cordless extensions they can answer but gets no audio.

Not much to those phones. Could just be a bad phone. Do you have a Partner to try it on as a test?
