Has anyone set up SIP trunk in IP Office Basic Mode? If so, how did you get a resolved IP?

I tried for months to get this to work. Basic Mode will not send the proper public IP out. It always sends the internal IP so the provider denies the handshake. I finally convinced the client to get the embedded license and it worked immediately. If anyone has SIP working on Basic I would love to know how they got it working. FYI, I was working with R9.1.

You might be able to get it working using SIP ALG/SIP transformations on the firewall.

I know on a Sonicwall if this is active then the internal IP in the SIP packets sent by the IPO are translated to the public IP address.
