Basic Mode Ext 10 and 11 have a S

I don't do a lot of basic mode. I have a customer that has a S on the screen of 10 and 11. I looked in the knowledge base and it says it is a system alarm. I found no alarms in system status. I have tried to walk the customer through clearing them. The clear button does not show up. I can remember this happening on the partner. Not sure if there is a way of clearing the alarms. any help is appreciated.
