BASIC IPCC Script

Okay, As though I don't feel stupid enpugh already.... I must ask the Pros.

I am simply trying to script IPCC to pass a call to the queue. How the Heck do I do it? The call hits the server, gets answered and plays the prompt then gets the old system trouble message. I'm trying to just mdify the ICD.aef script. once I get this complete, I need to sub script and out to an over flow company out side after 45 seconds...

Here are the things that you will check....

-> Do a realtime monitoring on ICM script to see at which step of your call you get the message.
-> Check the VRU script. It looks like there is mismatch in Variables that you are passing between ICM and IVR.
-> If you are collecting any DTMF digits while playing message, chek the CallPeripheralVariable you are collecting and chk the data you are passing to the ICM.
