Basic How-to configure an IP phone for a BCM200 system

Does anyone have a basic how to guide on setting up an IP phone with a BCM system? I am not looking for anything fancy. I just want it to act like one of our analog phones. Maybe someday I will look into routing it outside the internal network which is all on one subnet/class C.
