Basic Error: 1011 Module: db.bas

Can anyone please help me with the following error message being reported from Actuate:

Status No: 1 :
Basic Error: 1011
Module: db.bas
Line: 193
Database Error
11: No more rows available.

I see this error often, but have no idea what's happening.

It seems there is something wrong with the code that generates your connection to the database. Look in C:\Program Files\Actuate \ErdPro\afc. The basic file it refers to is in there. line 193 deals with error generation on the database connection
