Basic Edition call forward to external number

hi everyone

I cant seem to figure out how to transfer incoming calls to external numbers using ipoffice 500v2 basic edition. We've tried setting up the system speed dial but it keeps locking up the lines after no answer on the cell.

if anyone knows a step by step approach it would be greatly appreciated.
