We have one agent that seems to get logged off periodically after taking a call. Some days it happens more frequent than others. She hasn't touched any of her telephone buttons during these calls...we've been tracking. Does anyone have any idea what would cause this?

Thanks,

Uraby

does it happen everytime?
if not try to figure out when this happens ... first things...try changing the phone/headset etc, try changing the port of the agent's phone

not aware of any problems like this that are documented

wierdo problems like this ...bring the s/w to the latest version.

Thanks senk1s,

No it doesn't happen every time. I'm wondering if it might be related to busier calling periods. As for the software....this is the latest version and a new installation.

how many mailboxes uve got?

Would you happen to have missed call to automatically make busy or log out. Those 2 options are in the Call Center of the Basic Call Center.

Accidentally clicked submit.

But if you have log out everytime they miss a call, the agent will be forced to log out without their knowledge.

Also, make sure you have not done any change DNs or anything like that. Its been my experience that these cause problems. You may want to unconfigure you call center and reprogram it from scratch. This may or may not fix the problem. Other then that, that problem has not been documented. You may want to try doing a software upgrade if you have an older call pilot revision.
