Basic call centre keycode not taken 1

Hi,
I have one BCM 50R3 6.0.2.05.237 & tried to up load internal digital sets, internal analogue sets,expansion port & Basic call Centre key codes.
But basic call centre key code is not taken. I tried both ways modify & upload but others are ok basic call centre is not taken.
Any idea?

There is no basic call center it is Intellegent callcenter and you either buy the skill sets or and the agents.
 
I tried manually but failed. When I open notepad it shows

Something strange here as cook1082 says on BCM50 R3 it is intelligent call center also on R2 but on R1 in was still Basic and Professional

If indeed your system is a BCM50 R3 then that key code file is invalid

We don't know the circumstances for needing to enter your key codes but I can only guess that one of the flowing has happened

Key code has been generate against the wrong system ID, can be undone by Nortel

You have a key code file prior to the system being upgraded to R3, check KRS against you sys id for the latest sequence

If its not broke tweak it..
 
The bassic call centre keycode was used on a BCM 50 rel1.
If you are upgrading from rel1 to rel3 then this key gets deleted and is replaced with ICC keys after the upgrade has completed.

This BCM 50 came as Rls 3.0, 6.0.2.05.237
If I want to implement small call centre, around 10 agents what keycode should I use?
