Have a guy with a CP150 and Call Center Basic and he has 10 agents but would like to add 5 more. I told him he could have up to 20 agents on Basic CC but he could only have 10 logged in at any given time. If he wanted more than 10 logged in he would have to go to Enhanced. He said it should not be a problem because the 15 he is using will work different hours so there should only be 8 or so logged in at any time. I just want to make sure I gave the correct information it's been a while since I played with Basic.
