Basic Authentication

Hi,

I have been tasked with sending SMS messages through a third party gateway. This gateway requires Basic Authentication??? Does anyone know where I can find documentation on this authentication method?

Here's all they gave me:

"All REST API calls require the user to authenticate via Basic Authentication. You must use a valid username and password and the user must have the Mobile API Access role assigned to them. Currently, this is the only authentication method that is supported."

Hi,

CFHTTP has optional attributes available for username and password to bypass basic authentication.
