Does anyone know of a site that my boh employees can use as a basic reference for Aloha POS questions? By basic I mean on the level of "how to create an menu item" and "how to change the price of a menu item".

Thank in advance.

The Aloha documents have that info. Larger companies create their own. Ask your dealer for the .doc files, there should not be a charge or someone here will post them for you.

DTSMAN is right, large companies such as the one I work for, we do not allow the users to make any changes to the POS. It's completely centrally managed.

For the areas of the system they do have access to, we provide customized training materials and classes.

Are you Quick Service or Table Service? Your Aloha Manager should have an online link in your Help option that takes you to the online manual where you can search, index, etc..

There are 2 docs in the FAQ section of this forum covering the requested topics. The FAQ catagory is Aloha POS. These should be availabe on the 8th.
