I have multiple call centers. Any Supv is able to monitor
any ageny in any call center. Is there a way to restrict the Supv so that he/she can only monitor their agents and no one elses?
Afraid not. Observe restrictions are: You can restrict a supervisor from observing another supervisor, require that the supervisor enter a password before they can observe, give a tone indicating they are observing (to agent or to all parties), or to restrict an agent from being observed if they are on a DN call or logged out.
